Refund Policy

Brain Dot Media, a division of Vee One Global Group, follows a transparent and verified refund process. Refunds are approved only in specific cases outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

1.1 Delay in LED Frame Dispatch

If the Company fails to dispatch the LED frame within 30 working days after the agreement has been approved.

1.2 Duplicate Payment

If the User accidentally makes more than one payment for the onboarding fee.

1.3 Technical or Payment Gateway Error

If a transaction issue is verified by Razorpay or identified as a payment processing error.

2. Refund Process

All refund requests undergo internal verification.

  • Refunds are approved only after confirming the reason and validating supporting documents.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Refunds are issued through Razorpay or bank transfer, depending on the payment mode used.

3. How to Request a Refund

The email must include:

  • Full name
  • Registered phone number
  • Payment reference or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund
  • Supporting evidence if applicable

Incomplete requests may result in delays.

4. Non Refundable Charges

The onboarding fee and associated charges remain non refundable except in cases mentioned in Section 1.

5. Policy Updates

The Company may update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
