These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services offered by Brain Dot Media, a division of Vee One Global Group. By registering for our LED Advertising Partnership Program or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Company
Vee One Global Group operating its brand Brain Dot Media.

User or Partner
A house or shop owner who registers for the LED Advertising Partnership Program.

Program
LED display installation and advertising partnership services.

Payment Partner
Razorpay.

2. Service Scope

The Company provides the following services:

• LED frame installation after verification
• Digital advertising campaign management
• Weekly payouts for active campaign days
• Access to dashboard and communication panel

Service availability depends on property verification, location, advertiser demand, and operational factors.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, the User must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Own or legally occupy the property
• Provide accurate and verifiable details

4. Onboarding Fee

• The one time onboarding fee is ₹5,999, inclusive of GST.
• Payment must be made only through Razorpay.
• The fee covers verification, documentation, and preparation of the LED frame for dispatch.

5. LED Frame Ownership

• The LED frame remains the exclusive property of Vee One Global Group.
• The User does not gain ownership rights over the equipment.
• Any tampering, misuse, or damage may result in penalties or termination.

6. Earnings and Payouts

• Users earn only during active advertiser campaign periods.
• There is no guaranteed or minimum earning commitment.
• Payouts are processed every Monday.
• Earnings depend entirely on advertiser demand and campaign availability.

7. User Responsibilities

By participating, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and property details
• Allow safe installation of the LED frame
• Maintain the equipment without damage
• Avoid fraudulent or misleading activities
• Follow all Program rules and updates

8. Termination

The Company may terminate a User’s participation for:

• Misrepresentation or fake documents
• Damage or tampering with the LED frame
• Illegal or suspicious activities
• Non cooperation during verification
• Violation of these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• Campaign unavailability
• Delays in LED dispatch due to logistics or external factors
• Damages caused by electrical issues or third party actions
• Losses arising from unforeseen events

Maximum liability is limited to ₹5,999.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian Law.
Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Updates to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Program indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
